How do u chat with a verizon associate?

ppl have been saying go to all phones then it will pop up but that doesnt work for me. Sometimes im just looking a phones and theres a button that says "Chat with a live verizon wireless associate" or something like that and i click it and chat but i can't find that button. Plz tell me where i can find it! Thanks! audrey
