I have seen so many wonderful stories of people's successful lives from rags to riches... and most of them learned techniques from where they have worked...
some are not chefs but soon learned how to be a chef eventually and now, they are now a very successful chef!
what if I would start my own little bakeshop and then there would be workers who are just wanting to have knowledge about the recipes or techniques?
How do I manage that?
