how do prize 500 have my phone number and address?!?

i just had a call, from a very nice polite girl. Which means THERE'S A CATCH!!
it was the £29.95 a month!! Not from me you're not!!
But how do they have my name phone number and address?..she said i entered a competition, which im fairly sure i didnt?!
Anybody had the same?..got any ideas?
