How do prestigious universities (i.e. cornell, penn, georgetown, etc) feel about UMUC?..

...Can I transfer? I am interested in transferring, and am curious as to how these universities feel about UMUC (University of Maryland University College). I am just about done my AA and have a great GPA (3.8), great EC's, and military experience. Am I considered "competitive" with UMUC credentials? Thank you for your response.
