How do people know IP address while in chat room?
Ok i have a question..My friend uses a chat site and there are a few people in there that somehow knows her ip address everytime she goes in. She changes her nickname, but people will come to her "oh we know this is you by your ip address" so my question... how do people know her ip address everytime she goes in the chat room? What programs are out there to find out this information. She has asked and they said it a javascript code, and as soon as they go into a chat room, all ip address/locations are shown. What programs are out there that can detect others ip addresses while in chat rooms?
