How do people in interacial relationships discuss racial issues with thier parters?

What I mean is wont you likely disagree on racial issues ? I doubt a serious relationship between me and a white woman would work out because more than likely we wont see eye to eye on issues of race. Unless she is the type of white person who sees issues of race from a 'black' perspective or I see things from the 'white' perspective. Im not saying all blacks or all whites hold the same views but I think you get my point. I think there are some issues that few white women would be able to understand as well as a black woman

For example; do you agree on issues such as;

the Jena 6
Sean Bell getting shot
Hurricane Katrina
Slavery and how it affects America today
the plights of Malcolm X, MLK, Obama and even Tupac

I think I've made my general point
