I used to work out an hour every other day, but during winter time all I did was party, and lost track of my exercise, and my best friends have left for the marines and they were the role models i had to exercise. I have been slightly depressed lately, and dont feel like doing anything, i drive an hour each way to college so i am tired when i get home. Is there any good motivation, or energy boosts i can use?
