how do me and my dad convince my mother to buy me a rottweiller?

We plan to get one from a breeder ONLY because we want good temperment. All our OTHER dogs are rescues though.

she thinks they are scary and vicious, but me and my dad love them and know that if raised well they are very friendly dogs.

my friend has a rottie that was friendly to everyone.

so how do we show her that rotties arent vicious killers?
