How do Mazda RX8 engines hold up?

Looking to buy one. Only thing is, it's a Wankel and I don't know how these engines last over time. Any help is greatly appreciated. And yes, I did research this already, but most forums have people biased towards the cars. I really need someone's input that has owned one. ^.^
