How do install Perl 5.10 on my Godaddy.com account?

I need this urgently!!!!! I need to get my blog up and running on Movable Type 4.6!! i cant open the .cgi files because I don't think Perl is on my server. PLZZZZZZZ HELPPP!!!!!
