I own a 2000 honda civic(coupe). Its a manual 1.6 engine & its a single cam. So far all it has is modified exhaust, & short ram intake. I bought some ceramic headers for it also. I have 17 inch rims on it, but i will be downgrading them to 15inches & ill also lower it when i get a chance. However, the car still runs slow. Is it due to it being a single cam? What other things can i do to it to increase the horsepower without spending alot of money on it? Someone said i can try to rebuild the engine & convert it into a dual cam engine, but that seems pricy to me. Any advise will help. Thanks for your time.
