I'm a new personal care assistant/tutor, working for a student who suffers from panic attacks and also needs assistance with algebra. The job is through my local Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, though the gentleman I met with did not give me enough information on how to write these reports or what he wants in it. Can anyone give me some pointers on how this is done?
