...to his car insurance? I was in a car accident, my car was hit from behind & now i need to claim for the damages from this guys insurance company. I have never been in a car accident before, his insurance company has asked me to forward a letter satting that i'm holding him reliable for the damages. I'm not sure how to write it. Can some one give me an example? would higly appreciate it
