How do I write a disclosure statement for court?

I am trying to sue my boss for discrimination, sexual harassment and abuse on the job. I was told to write a disclosure statement. Do I write out everything from day one to the end. Or do i make it short and sweet of why i feel i was mistreated. I wrote one of the day i started my concerns how i was treated. and why i think i was discriminated. But it is long and don't know if they will read it all. but this is the only way i get to say anything. my boss wrote a long answerer back why he feels this is not true. any help. thanks
