How do I wirelessly connect my Xbox 360 to my computer in order play videos on my tv?

I have a Windows 7 computer and an Xbox 360 with the latest software update. I am trying to play videos which are currently saved on my computer through my Xbox and onto my tv. I do not know the password for my windows live account, and I do not want to create a new one. The wireless network I am using is my apartment complex's wireless service. I don't want to use a cord, and i have a wireless adapter for my Xbox. If anyone knows how to connect these two devices in order to play videos, I would appreciate it. Thank you
