how do i wire up a kenwood equalizer in my car?

hi i have a kenwood kgc 4042a and want to wire it up in my car. at the back of the unit i have 4 white and red leads then a plug with 3 wires one is blue and white the 2nd is just black and the 3rd is yellow and white can anyone help me with this i do have an amp and sub in the car too. many thnx.
