how do i view tagged photos of my friend, if they are private?

my friends profile says he is tagged in 1,149 photos. but when i click to view them, only 562 are viewable, because the person/people who tagged him in their photos have their accounts set to private.

how can i view the private photos? not all of them, just the ones my friends are tagged in?

any help = Greatly Appreciated! ;p
