Does anyone know how to view ISP blocked sites which has flash video in it? i tried so many anonymous proxies, i can go in to the site but when i click the video it won't start, instead the video window left to load sometimes, sometimes it says denied. 
If i can find a browser or get my IE to directly work with an anonymous proxy i might be able to view flash video content also, does anyone know how to do this? please help
