I have a PC and my friend has a Mac book. When I go to video chat the icon is not highlighted. When she clicks on her web cam it allows me to see her but she can't see me. We can still voice chat while I can see her but she can't see me. We both have the latest version of messenger. When I go to invite her to view my web cam it says that her version of messenger does not support the video call. Can anyone help me please?
