How do I verify an online business (locatorsonline.com) is Legitimate?

The company is a real estate company that states they work with private home owners and find rental places in the price range you are looking for. Company also states they have been in business for over 30 years and their office is located in PA, but not in NJ. They have alot of posting in craigslist of apt., but their website does not look right. What you guys think and how do I verify this company?
 
i just spoke with them myself because i was curious about the ad when i asked them questions about their program they told its free to the landlord but i told them its free on craigslist for everyone to post an apt or home rental, so they want you to pay 169.00 dollars for their service of connecting you to the landlord for rentals some with no credit check, i can do that myself for free, i doubt their business practice seriously, sounds like a switch and bait scenario
