I need help! I bought it yesterday and I know a little bit of detail, like to plug it in the computer and go to My Computer. But the only thing I need help is: How do I bring things into the USB? Please help me! I'm using this for school too!

The popularity of USB flash drives does not solely come from its convenient size and the amount of data it can store but also in its easy use. It is very simple to operate and use a USB flash drive provided that the computer you connect it to has all the installed drivers that support the device. However, if the computer does not have an existing driver, USB flash drive installer software is also very easy to install and operate.

The protruded "connector" of the USB flash drives is simply plug directly into the computer or to a plug which is directed to the USB port. The computer then detects the device and upon detection, a folder containing all the files in your USB flash drive would appear on the computer screen. Files can then be easily accessed and transferred to the USB flash drive simply by dragging these files or by copying them into the USB flash drive folder. After using the device, the user can simply detach the flash drive from the port and use it again similarly with other computers.

right click start >explore. Point the directory to your computer where your files are (eg music) make the window small, then right Click start >explore again, to make a second window
Position the windows so you can see both. point the second window directory to your flash drive. now copy and paste your music from your computer to the flash drive, or whatever way you want to use it.

You can make new folders in the flash drive so you can put your files in order. Allow time for the copy to finish before you remove the flash drive. If you accidently remove it while it is being written to, you can corrupt it.

So after you go onto My Computer you have to click on the USB device folder. After you do that it should open a new window. Everything in that window is what is on your device at the moment. So let's say you want to save a Word Document on the device, a simple way would be to save the document directly onto the USB device folder. I.E. File>Save As>My Computer>USB device then save it in there..

If you dont understand that just save the document on the desktop and after it is saved simply drag it into the USB device folder.
