How do i use seafoam in my 01 cadillac dts?

Hi i just bought some seafoam because i see that everybody says it helps out the car so im going to try it out. I know i pour 1/3 of it in my gas tank 1/3 in my vacuum line and 1/3 in my oil. What i need help with is do i pour it in the same place i pour my engine oil into or somewhere else? also where is the vacuum line on my 2001 cadillac dts?
I want to do what it says on the bottle so i just want to no where the vac line is that feeds all the cylinders. thanks
