How do I use Photoshop?

Come to find out I have to start using but for the past 1 year and a half, i've been using Corel PaintShop Pro 11 and PhotoImpact 11, i been pretty good with my graphics, is Adobe Photoshop easy? how can I get used to it? is it the same?
