I received a waiver from my CAP Adviser when I saw that ACT sent me a bill in the mail. I had no idea that you even had to pay to take the test. Now that I have the waiver, I don't even know how to use it.
Also, she gave me a waiver for the standby test I did on December 11. I don't know how to use that either and for some reason she wrote "online" on one of the waivers. I'm so confused.
