How do i use my Palm Pre's network to access sites blocked by my company?

I work for a company that has a ridiculously oppressive web policy that i am trying to circumvent.

I have a Palm Pre smartphone with myTether installed which allows the laptop to surf over the 3G wireless network.

I have connected both the intranet Ethernet cable and the USB cable to the phone and have successfully enabled both networks. I can only get the laptop to use one network or the other and not been able to successfully use the intranet network for internal uses and the phone for accessing the blocked sites.

I am looking for an example on how to instruct Vista to use the phone's network for a specific site (ie youtube.com)
