How do I use my old Amstrad CPC game tapes in an emulator?

I have been using Winape 32 for some time now, although I can run CPC games and programs on it I downloaded from the web, it's not a perfect replacement for my old dead CPC because I can't load my old tapes onto it. Does anybody know any emulators that can load tapes from a tape recorder connected to the computer, or at least SOME way of doing it?
