how do i use my cellphone as a pc bluetooth device?

can i use my phone as a computer bluetooth device? i have dell optiplex gx260 running a windows xp OS. And i have a nokia
5800.... i dont have a bluetooth adaptor but my phone is bluetooth
enabled. is there a way to connect my phone to my pc and use it as an
adaptor instead? And i dont wanna hear about sending or receiving data to/from my
phone then transfer data to my computer using the usb data cable or
vice versa?
