How do I use MLA to Cite this specific book?

This book makes nooo sense. The front displays a ton of information that do not awnswer: What edition, specifically what publisher, year whatever....

Its "The Screwtape Letters", I think 2001 edition, paperback, shows a statue of a demon on the front. Good luck.
