...based on the monthly data? I am using the sum total function for the number of students MONTHLY in different age groups. I want to use a macro to automatically copy the respective totals to another sheet that tracks YEARLY data.
My problem is the total for each age group changes vertical cells each month based on the number of classes. Meaning the sum total for High School classes might be in cell D5 one month but in D12 the next.
So my question again is: How can I get excel to identify the correct cell of the age dependent sum total each month?
