How do i use Bluetooth to send a ringtone?

I want to send a ringtone to my brother on his phone. I have an LG shine flip. and he as a side flip text messager one( not sure what type his is)

So when we tried.. all i got to was adding him and him adding me on our blue tooth lists.. But i just can't figure out how to SEND something using it. HELP ME PLEASE.
