How Do I Use Bluetooth to Manage Samsung Cell Phone Contacts?

I've installed the Samsung PC Studio bluetooth software. I have the phone connected to the computer. But, when I try to use the software it gives this error message:

"Opening the device failed. Move to search the new device."

Simultaneously, it throws up this message for about two seconds:

"Please select PC Studio (PC Manager) on your mobile phone"

I can't find PC Studio or PC Manager on my phone.
