How do i upload pictures from my motorola razr to my computer?

I've had this Razr for almost 5 years, it hasnt been in service for almost 4 years. I still have very valuable pictures on it and i recently got a cord to hook it up to my computer but now i dont know how to get the pictures off of it. :) any ideas??
 
i am assuming it is usb. so plug in in and copy or sync it to your comnputer. go to dcmi and thats were the pics should be. if you have a mac well.......good luck
