How do I upload photos from my LG Versa to my Windows Vista PC?

Im not sure how to upload photos from my LG Versa cell phone to my PC. I have read where you need a disc but my phone didnt come with a disc. I also heard of emailing them to myself but im not sure how to email them to myself if anybody knows your input would be greatly appreciated
