How do I upload my HTML to BIZ.NF Webhost?

I wrote out all of my HTML stuff in a notepad document and saved the file as .HTML or whatever it was. I tested it, and it works fine yadda yadda.

My question is... how do I upload this to my BIZ.NF account/site/whatever it is so I can actually type in the URL and go to it???
 
This is a bit hard to explain but you have to log into your FTP account that's connected to your domain or ip. After that just drag the file into the main html folder and rename the html to "index.html" and it should be shown as the domain page.
