silly question. but i took a video. went home and uploaded it to my mac desktop incase my phone should explode or vanish or something. then it was deleted my someone (lovely, right?)
I still have the video saved in several places in my hard drive on my computer.
How can I upload the video back on to my phone?
by the way it is an iphone 3GS if it makes a difference.
