I don't actually remember how long I've had my phone, but I have a pretty good feeling that I should be eligible for a new one any time now. But the problem is that I have no idea how to check that now that the My Verizon had gone a complete makeover.
I logged into the My Verizon account and poked around for a bit, trying to find it. No luck, so I went to the FAQs and found this question.
It tells me to:
1. Log in to My Verizon (new users will need to register first).
2. Select the Account Maintenance tab.
3. Click the Upgrade Phone tab.
It's easy after that, but I can't find the Account Maintenance tab anywhere! Help :c
BobOso ® - there isn't any Plans tab either, and I don't see Account Overview either :/ I logged in the same way, using my password and phone number...
