How do I upgrade my psp's firmware to 3.80??

I have a custom firmware of 3.71 M33-2 but I want to change it to 3.80 since I can't access a plugin.

I'm not the one who made my psp into 3.72 M33-2 so I'm not really sure.
Do I need to have the Pandora's watchamacallit?
