The software version I currently have is 1.56.651.2 which is really old and the firmware is 1.5. I reeeeally need to update because I can't download newer apps but my phone won't let me update the firmware until I've updated the software. When I download the software update, it takes 2-3 hours. Then, wen it finally does download, the window tells me that my phone isn't plugged into the computer even though it is. So I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get around this or anything to fix it.
