How do I untwirl a photo?

I kno how to do it in photoshop....


open up photoshop, and go to the filter section and click Liquify...


make the brush the LARGETS size and select the twirl in the opposite direction of the twirl in the pic, and click it in the center of the twirl until it gets back to normal.
 
I have a photo taken from photobooth but it has the twirl effect. I'd like to reverse the twirl effect. I found a system called Photo Rebooth but it didn't work. Does anybody know any programs that can do it or how to do it on photoshop?
