Hey mate..TPG uses the same configuration specs as optus does. so all u have to do is to go to the GUI of the modem and change the username and p/w. save and apply..enjoy

I have the same question, but I am hoping to use it for iinet ADSL. Is it actually possible to change the firmware, or is it somewhat irrelevant for most providers (after you change the username and password that is)?
