I have tried just about everything, unmounting it, turning my phone off, mine doesn't have a switch to "unlock" it, idk what to do! I've tried calling verizon wireless and he took me through steps to try to unlock it didn't work, and then he transfered me to technical support but I didn't get through because they had me on hold for over 15 mins! Any help somebody? Please=)
