I just bought a Samsung Impression and I wanted to test the lock feature. I typed in the password twice to set it and when I tried to unlock my phone when I turned it on by typing in the same password and it says the password is incorrect! I am really frustrated with my phone right now because I want to use it but it has been locked all day. What are my options? Can I go to the AT&T store to reset it? Is there a way I can reset it from home? Do I have to contact Samsung customer service?
