How do I unlock my Nokia E71 phone (currently locked the 3 network)?

I have a Nokia E71 phone that's currently locked the 3 network. I have looked at the companies online but none of them seem particularly legitimate. Please can someone that has gone through the process of getting their Nokia E71 phone unlocked tell me the best way to go about this?
