how do i unlock iphone for tmobile... firmware 05.12.01?

i just bought an iphone... to use for tmobile. well, i accidentally updated to 3.1.3. & now i cannot unlock it. i have been told it cant be unlocked, but i am sure SOMEONE knows how to do it. ive already tried downgrading my baseband but my bootloader is 6.4 so i cant.. any suggestions? please only answer if you know what you are talking about!! your help is MUCH appreciated & i will forsure give my best answer to someone who deserves it. thank you!! -tia
