How do I unlock final 2 courses on Everybody's Golf for PSP?

I've reached Grand Rank in Challenge Mode and have 7 characters but don't have access to any more courses or games that I haven't won yet, even thought I know there are 2 more courses and 3 more characters that I don't have yet.
