I have a Seagate external hard drive that came with a promotional movie (Star Trek) that is a hidden file that needs to be unlocked by registering the product. Well...I registered it but it won't recognize my email when I sign in. I tried customer service but they are awful and unhelpful. I even tried re-registering with two different emails.
Is there any way to manually unlock it without going through the company's website?

Thanks for the response, but I should add hidden files are already shown. It doesn't seem to apply to my stupid external drive. I think they would have thought to fix that so customers would have to register with their company and Paramount studios...it's all a big advertising scheme.
