I got this phone a few days ago. The day after I bought it I was messing around with it and it asked me for the PUK. I have no idea what this is so i put in random combinations of numbers, expecting it to go away after a few tries. Ten combinations later, it said "SIM Blocked" and it only will let me "Call SOS". I'm not sure what SOS is but I am assuming it is the police. I went on the tracfone website and found lots of questions and answers, but not my question. I even emailed the company and they said they would get back to me in up to 48 hours. I emailed them almost three days ago. Can anyone help?
