How do I turn on bluetooth on my dell inspiron e1705?

I have a Dell Inspiron E1705, and there is a Bluetooth symbol right next to the WiFi Symbol. I have seen other people ask this, and the other peoples answers would be that you could buy a dongle or whatever. I want to know how to turn on the bluetooth for my laptop alone, not with any of that stuff. If someone knows how, could you please tell me?
I cant find a wireless button, or a bluetooth switch thing
