How do i turn on a motorola n136 or Hs850 bluetooth?

Ok here is the thing. i got a bluetooth motorola n136 from a friend and but i didnt get the charger so it died and i went to buy a charger. i chargered it but now i try to turn it on and i cant ... it worked before and now it doesnt ... what up can somebody help me out with that ... i need to know how to turn it on and any other details about it... Please help me .... i also need to know if im not charging it good to tell me how to do it PLEASEEEEEEEEEE>.........
