Ok i tryed EVERY single button on my remote controller AND on my tv and the Help menu will NOT turn off, the help menu pops up and constantly goes to the next button like thing, the last one says Exit how do i click that? i dont know what year my tv is, if it will help my remote controller says Quasar Audio System - the buttons consist of Power, Turner Preset Video -numbers 0 threw 9- Play Stop Fast forward Rewind buttons - CD TAPE (another) Power ^ (up button) v (down button) TV/VCR (another) Power (another) ^ (up button) v (down button) play stop fast forward and rewind, and Volume buttons. if you could help i would GREATLY appreactiate that. and i will give you top answer or w/e its called.
